The actor (pictured) is famous for playing Mr Moseby in the popular Disney channel programme The Suite Life of Zack and Cody from 2005-2008. He has also had roles in Scrubs and That's so Raven as well as a 3 episode running on Lizzie McGuire (2001-2002). So why is he here on our list of bad Disney stars?
In January 1993 the star, then 24, was sentenced to one year in jail for killing a 21 year old woman in December 1991. The star slammed head on into a car driven by Isabel Duarte in Potomac, MD. His blood measured three times the legal limit of intoxication. Lewis was also placed on a two year probation and ordered to do 350 hours of community service. Circuit court judge William C Mille chastised Lewis for his "extreme degree of intoxication and recklessness" on the night he killed Duarte, a nanny from Portugal. He was sentenced to five years in jail, with a one year suspension, for his conviction on a vehicular manslaughter charge.

This baby-faced star played Hilary Duffs best friend Miranda, in the hit show Lizzie McGuire (2001-2004) but it was her actions in 2006 which have landed her on our top Disney stars gone bad list.
DUTCH ELIJAH WHITLOCK, 25
Incase you don't remember his face, this mug shot is of the skater "dude" from Disney Original Movie High School Musical. Remember that ever so catchy cafeteria song Status Quo? That's the one! This actor played the Skater/Cello role. But more importantly why is he on the list?
He was arrested in May 2008 for robbing a local pizza business at gun point! That's right, armed robbery of a pizza place. And the story just gets sillier!. It is believed that at around 9pm Whitlock and an unknown companion walked into The five buck pizza in Holladay, Utah wearing bandanas. They showed a gun and demanded money. Whitlock, 19 at the time, was easily recognised as he used to work there, shocking former co-workers! Guess that role in high school musical didn't pay all that well Dutch!
Another sweet innocent face to ruin for everyone now. We all remember clumsy Eddie, best friend of the one and only Raven Symone in the show That's so Raven. Cute and adorable we all wanted a friend like Eddie .. or do we?
In April 2007 Brown was arrested for possession of Marijuana in Texas. Police reportedly found nine grams of the drug in the car the actor was driving, which was pulled over for driving with the lights off. He claimed the car wasn't his and he had no idea of its contents. He was arrested again in August 2011 under a DUI charge while in Hollywood, with his girlfriend who was pregnant. If those two charges aren't enough to earn his spot on the list, the star was arrested in 2008 and this year under more DUI charges. He currently has three bench warrants.
The most famous male on our list and one who clearly doesn't need an introduction.
In February 2005, the actor was arrested by Los Angeles police and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, after threatening to kill a neighbour by driving into his car. An argument took place which resulted in LaBeouf threatening the man. The star allegedly appeared at the neighbours front door hours after the incident, waving a kitchen knife. The two fought and LaBeouf was led away in handcuffs. The Transformers star also has a 2007 arrest for trespassing at a Walgreens store, after being asked to leave as they were closing, and a 2008 DUI charge for which he failed to turn up to court for. More recently the star was arrested in 2011 for once again more violence. When you save the world with your transformer friends, I guess you start to feel untouchable, shame its not true, as he is slowly finding out the hard way.
Any Disney Channel fan will know this fresh faced beauty as the lead girl in the Disney Original movie trilogy, High School Musical, but she is the second member of its cast to make it onto our bad list.
The most famous female on our list and, like the naughty male, she doesnt need much of an introduction, but just incase any body is living under a rock....
The innocent looking Lindsay on the left was child star of Disney movies such as The Parent Trap, Life Size, before she grew up and graced our screens in hit movies, Freaky Friday, Just my luck, Confessions of a teenage drama queen, Mean Girls and Herbie Fully Loaded. As well as launching into a pop career with two albums.
Off screen Lohans life has been just as eventful and drama filled as her movies with various offences stretching over the last few years from DUIs, to possesion. In and out of rehab for various drugs and alcohol related problems, wars with other celebrities, most famously fellow Disney star Hilary Duff , family issues and wars being dragged into the media, papped drunk and under the influence of drugs, being dropped from labels and advertising companies, loosing roles because of her behaviour ... wheew .. yes it has been a very eventful life for miss lohan. We are however glad to say that lately she is keeping her head clear and trying to get back at the top where she rightfully belongs!!
The final male on our list and our THIRD High School Musical star, it really was a shame to have to put this blue eyed boy on the list but he earned his spot!
The star shocked us recently by admitting he had a stint in rehab for a "serious" cocain addiction, but reports say there were other substances involved. They claim he was also hooked on a powerful perscription painkiller called oxycodine. Reports claim the naughty star threw a party in a new york hotel and requested that guests bring pills with them, asking for 40, which is an estimated $1,200 in total. A US magazine reported that at this party, the star, high on a mix of the combined drugs and alcohol, passed out in the lobby and had to be rescued by fellow partiers.
I really do not even know where to begin with this one. She is our number one of the list, and an article based totally on the wrecking ball artist will be uploaded very soon and so i wont go into too much detail about it, plus im sure the world knows everything she has been up to so how about i go back to the start of it all.
The Hannah Montana star, started her downward spiral to the point she is at, in 2007, when pictures of her, then-FIFTEEN year old actress were online showing her in her underwear and posing in sexual ways. Next came a racy cover shoot for a magazine, still as a underage star.
2009 had her pole dancing to her song Party in the USA at the Teen Choice Awards, and in 2010 videos online showed the star giving her manager a lapdance, at this point she was just 18 as well as videos of her using Salvia in a bong with friends. Since becoming more welll known she has continued to disgust and embarass the Disney name with the way she behaves most notiably her sexy dance with Blurred Lines singer Robin Thicke and swinging naked on a ball for her new single Wrecking Ball. Most recently she was seen to light what appeared to be a joint, live on stage while accepting an award at the EMAs.
When will her behaviour stop?!
